"I'm not happy with this State Farm office. Because it seemed like everything had to be done over in the Lamar area. And that is not right. There was always differences from what this office says to another state farm office, I felt I was totally run around. About my windshield being replaced, i should have been allowed to use the glass shop of my choice. According to this state farm office, I have to use whatever they have. That is wrong. And the farthest from the truth I could have used any glass shop I want and it would still be covered
Also, they're not very knowledgeable about other things. Especially my homeowners insurance. Now that I am switching to a different state farm agent, I find out that I could use any glass shop of my choice to replace my windshield. I don't like writing bad reviews. But when there is such a big difference from one agent's office to another, things need to happen in a better way."

"I hear people say that State Farm costs too much, but with this kind of service we think we can't take a chance with someone else. A deer hit our car, but we had the car back in 3 weeks, good as new because our insurance was so quick in working with the repair shop."
